Protests sweep Europe against Russia’s invasion of Ukraine
Thousands of people took to the streets in cities across Europe, and all around the world on Saturday, to protest against Russia's invasion of Ukraine. In the heart of London, many of these protestors are Ukrainian, with family and friends back home that they are desperately worried about. At the Place de la Republique in Paris, several hundred demonstrators are calling on Nato to protect Ukraine’s airspace. Similar scenes took place across Europe, with people gathering in Munich, Geneva, Rome, Dublin and Paris.
