Libya: Tobruk parliament names new PM, spurring division
A new power struggle is feared to be brewing in Libya. The parliament has voted to replace interim prime minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, just hours after he survived an assassination attempt. But Dbeibah says he will not hand over power until elections are held.
