Warring rebels in Colombia make electioneering impossible
Fighting between rival rebel groups in Colombia is making it impossible for politicians to campaign for next month’s congressional elections. For the first time, voting includes so-called "special electoral districts for peace" created under the FARC peace deal. But the turf war for control of cocaine trafficking and other lucrative crimes is overshadowing the political campaign for power.
