Crews work to salvage cargo ship off the Dutch coast

Authorities have begun efforts to salvage a cargo ship that collided with another during a storm off the Dutch coast. The Dutch coast guard said it rescued 18 crew members after the Julietta D crashed into the Pechora Star to the west of the port of Ijmuiden on Monday.
