Israeli army says it intercepts several drones from Lebanon
The Israeli army says several drones have entered Israeli airspace from Lebanon targetting areas in Western Galilee, critically wounding at least one person.
At least one person is critically wounded as a result of an explosive-laden drone that struck near Kibbutz Kabri, according to medical officials. Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the drone attack.
The tit-for-tat exchange of fire continues along the Lebanon-Israel border.
Hezbollah has repeatedly said its attacks are in support of its ally Hamas in the Strip. “Stopping the war in Gaza is the only way to stop the war on the northern front,” Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah said on Wednesday.
