Libya electoral board suggests January 24 for polls

Libya's Elections Commission is proposing that the country's presidential poll takes place on January 24th, a month later than scheduled. The High National Electoral Commission's decision came after concluding the presidential polls could not be held on Friday due to disputes over the rules and candidates.
