Syria floods: Thousands of families devastated in Idlib refugee camps

Floods have hit the northwest Syrian province of Idlib. The area controlled by rebels is also home to thousands of internally displaced Syrians who have fled the civil war that has now been going on for more than 10 years. Many of those are still stuck in camps. Aid agencies say people burning plastics to keep warm through the winter is putting them at risk of respiratory diseases.
