ICC investigates crimes against humanity in Venezuela
The International Criminal Court has opened an investigation into the Venezuelan government’s handling of opposition protests. In 2017, more than 100 people were killed during months of unrest. It is the first time the ICC has launched an inquiry against a South American nation.
