Lebanon: Worsening living conditions spark more protests

In Lebanon, crowds have been blocking roads in several cities to protest against worsening living conditions. The country is facing a severe economic crisis and the local currency is in freefall. There are also widespread accusations the government has failed to provide a social safety net for the poor after removing subsidies.
