22 dead, dozens injured after explosion at historic Havana hotel

At least 22 people have been killed in an explosion at a five-star hotel that was being renovated in the centre of the Cuban capital, Havana. President Miguel Diaz-Canel says the blast at Hotel Saratoga was not caused by a bomb, and a gas leak is most likely to blame.
